Internal Plastering

Our internal plastering services are suitable for new builds, extensions, renovations and older properties that need some extra care.

• Dry lining: Plasterboard is fitted to create a smooth surface that is ready for skimming and decorating.
• Sand and cement floating: A traditional plastering method used to straighten uneven walls and create a strong base for skimming.
• Skimming onto plasterboard: A finishing layer of plaster is applied to new plasterboard to leave the surface smooth and ready for decorating.
• Over-skimming old walls: Tired, uneven or damaged walls are covered with a fresh layer of plaster to improve their appearance.
• Internal wall insulation: Insulation is installed internally to help reduce heat loss and make your property more comfortable.
• Stud walls: New partition walls can be constructed and plastered to divide rooms or change the layout of your property.
• Wall patching: Damaged sections of plaster and areas disturbed by electricians, plumbers or other trades are carefully repaired.
• Damp proofing: Affected walls are treated and prepared to help address damp-related problems before being replastered.

External Rendering

Our external rendering services can improve the appearance of your property while helping to protect its walls from the weather. We work on a variety of properties throughout Rhyl and offer both traditional and modern finishes.

• External wall insulation: Insulation is fitted to the exterior of the property before being covered with a protective rendered finish.
• Pebble dashing: A durable, textured finish that helps protect exterior walls from the weather.
• Traditional sand and cement finish: A strong external rendering option that provides a neat and long-lasting finish.
• Silicone render: A modern, breathable and water-resistant render system available in a range of colours and finishes.

Loft Insulation and Flooring

We also install loft insulation and new loft flooring where needed. Loft insulation can help reduce the amount of warmth lost through the roof, while suitable loft flooring can provide a safer and more practical area for storage. We will consider the existing insulation, ventilation and joist layout before recommending the most appropriate solution for your property.

Support With Other Trades

If other work is required during your project, I know a number of reliable local tradespeople who may be able to help. This can make it easier to coordinate different stages of a renovation and ensure the work progresses smoothly.
